President Obama sends SG-VHV an Autographed Portrait with Letter

Star Group- Veterans Helping Veterans October 4, 2014 Monthly Meeting will forever be remembered as the organization received the best prize ever imagined from the highest office in the land.

SG-VHV Members were elated as members were ask to un-veil an autograph portrait & a formal letter signed with the Presidential Seal from The President of The United States, President Barrack Obama.

Everyone in attendance was shocked & excited as they applauded with joy. This was presented to SG-VHV for their unselfish support and dedication which helps provide assistance and much needed services to area Veterans and their families. 

Receiving this prestigious letter & photo signed by President Obama with the White House Seal  from this nations highest office is a great honor. We as an organization will continue to serve the communities and provide assistance to those in need and be a viable voice in the community.

We as a organization would like to thank everyone involved in us receiving this acknowledgement which we will cherish as a organization. 

The autograph portrait & a formal letter signed with the Presidential Seal from The President of The United States will be displayed in the entrance of the Star Group- Veterans Helping Veterans Headquarters in Copperas Cove.

This Outstanding honor is dedicated to the all members past & present, sponsors, family and friends of Star Group- Veterans Helping Veterans.

Standing with the picture and letter are the two of SG-VHV Members 1SG (Ret) Henri Grenier, a veteran of World War II, The Korean and Vietnam wars, a Pearl Harbor survivor and the recipient of two Purple Hearts and SSG (Ret) James Bailey, did a double tour in Vietnam and is also a Purple Heart recipient.
