Why would you want to join Star Group - Veterans Helping Veterans?

Because this is a group that actually puts the needs and concerns of the veterans first!  Starting from a group of Veterans needing support themselves, we have experienced the same needs and concerns.  We are willing to assist and are there because we care about you.

Membership in this group will give you the avenue, guidance and resources needed to access the following:

  • Your veterans benefits
  • Veterans family benefits
  • Information of what’s going on in your community
  • Keep you abreast of current issues and legislation that may have an effect on you
  • Become part of a team that is active in rendering community service
  • Support your transition from military life  to civilian life

 

Who can join this group?  

  • Veteran - Currently in Military or discharged under honorable conditions
  • Widower- Spouse of a deceased Veteran
  • Family -   Family member of a veteran or dependent
  • Registered Volunteer – Citizen with a concern and desire to help Veterans
  • Companies or Organizations that support Veterans and their Families
