Star Group - Veterans Helping Veterans supported the Copperas Cove Chamber by purchasing a table and attending their Annual Banquet.
Several SG-VHV members attended the Annual Banquet hosted by the Copperas Cove Chamber. Members attending were Jonathan Haywood, Michael Barker, John Cook, Joseph Hill, Audrey Hill, Lillian Estes, Karen Powell and Ms Timmons. The Event was fun-filled with a Rock & Roll theme.
There were people darning attire from past Rock and Roll Stars and old TV Shows, like stars from Lavern & Shirley, and Fonzie from Happy Days. The decorations, food, drinks and entertainment were from the 50’s
There was a fund raising Silent Auction with prizes from area businesses. The prizes ranged from gas grills, Golf lessons to various club memberships, etc. Everyone had a great deal of fun, placing their bid on the sheets and waiting to see if they were the lucky winner.
The MC, Ms. Betty Price kept the energy level high and ensured everyone was having a great time.
The entire Copperas Cove Chamber put together a gallant effort to ensure that Rock & roll was here to stay.
